Sirius Real Estate Limited (formerly Dawnay, Day Sirius Limited) (the 'Company')

Further to the announcement on 10 October 2008, the Board of the AIM quoted property investment company, is pleased to announce that the registration process at the Guernsey Registry has been completed and the Company's name is now Sirius Real Estate Limited.

The Company will trade under the name "SRE".
