Change of Name
Following the passing of the requisite resolution at the Company's annual general meeting held on 30 July 2021, the name of the Company has been changed from St James House PLC to Tintra PLC.
The change of name will take effect on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange from 8.00 a.m. on 3 August 2021. As part of the name change process, the TIDM (otherwise known as the "ticker") for the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will change to "TNT".
