Change of Name

Further to the change of articles approved by Shareholders at the EGM held yesterday, 30 April 2014, the Board is pleased to announce that the Group's name has been changed to BBGI SICAV S.A. with immediate effect.

Dealings under the new name will commence at 8.00 am on 2 May 2014. The TIDM (ticker symbol) of "BBGI" remains unchanged as does the ISIN in respect of ordinary shares.
