Change of Name
Knowledge Technology Solutions Plc announced in November 2008 its intention to change its name to Arcontech Group Plc to reflect the new focus of the business.
Following the passing of the special resolution at the Group's Annual General Meeting, the Group has now received confirmation from Companies House of its change of name to Arcontech Group Plc. The Group's new TIDM is ARC.
