Base Resources Limited (ASX & AIM: BSE) ("Base Resources") advises that it has today received the following notification.

Taurus Funds Management has notified the company that it has decreased its interest in Base Resources’ total shares on issue from 11.34% to 9.79% through the sale of 11,112,981 shares over the period 18 January to 2 February 2017, at an average of A$0.25 per share for total consideration of A$2,877,626.
