Base Resources Limited (ASX & AIM: BSE) ("Base Resources") advises that it has today received the following notification.

Taurus Funds Management has notified the company that it has decreased its interest in Base Resources’ total shares on issue from 15.47% to 14.12% through the sale of 10,023,359 shares as follows:

23,359 shares were sold on 7 November 2016 for A$0.195 per share for total consideration of A$4,555; and 10,000,000 shares were sold on 8 November 2016 for A$0.18 per share for total consideration of A$1,800,000.
