Base Resources Limited (ASX & AIM: BSE) ("Base Resources") advises that it has today received the following notification.

Hunter Hall Investment Management Limited has notified the company that its interest in Base Resources’ total shares on issue has decreased from 5.45% to 4.5%. This decrease consisted of the disposal of 7,000,000 shares on 31 May 2017 at an average price of approximately A$0.29 per share. Following this disposal, Hunter Hall Investment Management Limited has an interest in 33,433,866 Base Resources’ shares.
