Change of Dividend Dates
Further to the announcement made by Redcentric plc ("Redcentric" or "the Company") on 25 June 2019, the Board confirms that, subject to approval at the Company's annual general meeting on 2 September 2019, a final dividend payment of 1.0p per ordinary share will be paid on 4 October 2019 to shareholders on the register as at 13 September 2019 and not on 26 July 2019 to shareholders on the register as at 4 July 2019 as previously stated.
All other information contained in the announcement under RNS 2695D on 25 June 2019 remains unchanged.
