ETFS COMMODITY SECURITIES LIMITED

The Company announces the following resignations of the directors of the Company with effect from the 2 June 2009:
Leanne Baker
Benjamin Cukier
Vince FitzGerald
Jim Wiandt
The Company also announces the appointment of Greg Burgess as a director of the Company with effect from 2 June 2009. The biography of Mr Burgess is as follows:
Greg Burgess - Non-Executive Director
Mr Burgess is a qualified accountant and is the Chief Financial Officer of the ETF Securities group of companies. He is responsible for all financial, administrative and company secretarial activities within the group, which includes a number of companies whose securities are listed on the London Stock Exchange and other exchanges throughout Europe. He was previously finance director of Investor Resources Limited and Chief Financial Officer of Wizard Information Services. He has held senior positions within the Australian Department of Finance and been internal auditor at Normandy Mining Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Accountancy) from the University of Canberra and is a Fellow of CPA Australia.
Further to the above changes and as of 2 June 2009, the full board of directors of the Company consists of:
The above changes to the board composition affect the Company only. The board of directors of ETF Securities Limited, the parent company of the Company, remains unchanged. Each of Mr Tuckwell, Mr Ross and Mr Stewart are also directors of ETF Securities Limited.
