NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTORS' CHANGE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Morgan Advanced Materials plc announces that Rob Rowley, an independent Non-executive Director, has succeeded Andrew Given as Chairman of the Audit Committee with immediate effect. Andrew Given continues in his role as Senior Independent Director.

This notification is given in accordance with LR 9.6.11.
