GPG announces that Sir Ron Brierley sold 5,000,000 shares in GPG on 5 March 2013 at a price of NZ$0.60 per share.

Sir Ron Brierley now holds a total of 21,882,765 shares in GPG representing 1.45% of the Company's total voting rights.
