GPG announces that a trust of which Mr Mike Allen is a beneficiary bought 200,000 shares in GPG on 31 May 2013 at a price of NZ$0.4475 per share.

Mr Allen now has an interest in a total of 200,000 shares in GPG representing 0.014% of the Company's total voting rights.
