GPG announces that Mr Rob Campbell bought 33,059 shares in GPG on 7 March 2013 at a price of NZ$0.60 per share, and a further 66,941 shares in GPG on 8 March 2013 at a price of NZ$0.605 per share.

Mr Campbell now holds a total of 345,043 shares in GPG representing 0.02% of the Company's total voting rights.
