Change of Director's Interests

Guinness Peat Group plc ("GPG" or "the Company") announces that on 9 December 2010 Mr R J Campbell acquired 100,000 shares at a price of NZ$0.70 per share.

Mr Campbell now holds a total of 105,000 shares in the Company. There are no other changes to Mr Campbell's interests in the shares of GPG or its quoted subsidiaries.
