GPG announces that Sir Ron Brierley sold 1,565,793 shares in GPG on 26 October 2012 at a price of NZ$0.58 and sold 3,434,207 shares in GPG on 29 October 2012 at a price of NZ$0.57.

Sir Ron Brierley now holds a total of 46,882,765 shares in GPG representing 2.89% of the Company's total voting rights.
