CHANGE OF DIRECTORS INTEREST

The Company advises that a director, David Pettman, yesterday purchased 100,000 Nyota ordinary shares at an average price of GBP0.1532 per share. Mr Pettman now holds 420,000 Nyota ordinary shares (representing 0.09% of the total ordinary shares on issue)) and 2 million Nyota options exercisable at $0.15.

An Appendix 3Y form as required by the Australian Stock Exchange in relation to a change in Directors interests in the ordinary shares of the Company can be viewed on the Company's web site.
