Attached is an Appendix 3Y form as required by the Australian Stock Exchange in relation to a change in Directors interests in the ordinary shares of the Company following the purchase of 100,000 ordinary shares by David Pettman. Mr Pettman now holds 320,000 Nyota ordinary shares and 2 million Nyota options exercisable at $0.15.
