CHANGE OF DIRECTORS INTEREST

The Company advises that a director, David Pettman, and his associates yesterday purchased 100,000 Nyota ordinary shares at GBP0.1139 per share. Mr Pettman and his associates now hold 720,000 Nyota ordinary shares (representing 0.15% of the total ordinary shares on issue) and 3.5 million Nyota options exercisable exercisable at prices from $0.15 to $0.50.

An Appendix 3Y form as required by the Australian Stock Exchange in relation to a change in Directors interests in the ordinary shares of the Company can be viewed on the Company's web site.
