CHANGE OF DIRECTORS INTEREST

The Company advises that on the 3 November 2011 associates of the chairman, Melissa Sturgess, purchased 934,000 Nyota ordinary shares at an average price of GBP0.83 per share. Ms Sturgess now has a beneficial interest in 10,363,855 Nyota ordinary shares (representing 2.17% of the total ordinary shares on issue) and 3.5 million Nyota options exercisable at prices from $0.35 to $0.50.

An Appendix 3Y form as required by the Australian Stock Exchange in relation to a change in Directors interests in the ordinary shares of the Company can be viewed on the Company's web site.
