CHANGE OF DIRECTORS INTEREST

The Company advises that certain directors and their associates have yesterday acquired Nyota shares as detailed below:

·; David Pettman and his associates purchased 200,000 Nyota ordinary shares at an average price of GBP0.1395 per share. Mr Pettman and his associates now hold 620,000 Nyota ordinary shares (representing 0.13% of the total ordinary shares on issue) and Nyota options (subject to vesting conditions) as follows; 2 million exercisable at $0.15; 500,000 exercisable at $0.35; 500,000 exercisable at $0.42 and 500,000 exercisable at $0.50.

·; Associates of Melissa Sturgess purchased 200,000 Nyota ordinary shares at an average price of GBP0.1401 per share. Ms Sturgess and her associates now hold 9,019,855 Nyota ordinary shares (representing 1.89% of the total ordinary shares on issue) and Nyota options (subject to vesting conditions) as follows; 1,166,667 exercisable at $0.35; 1,166,667 exercisable at $0.42 and 1,166,666 exercisable at $0.50.
