CHANGE OF DIRECTORS INTEREST

The Company advises that on 24 June 2011 a director, Melissa Sturgess, purchased 410,000 Nyota ordinary shares at an average price of GBP0.1199 per share. Ms Sturgess now has a beneficial interest in 9,429,855 Nyota ordinary shares (representing 1.98% of the total ordinary shares on issue) and holds 3.5 million Nyota options exercisable at prices from $0.35 to $0.50.

An Appendix 3Y form as required by the Australian Stock Exchange in relation to a change in Directors interests in the ordinary shares of the Company can be viewed on the Company's web site.
