Ibstock plc (the "Company") has been informed that Jamie Pike, a Director and Chairman of the Company will step down as Chairman and as a Director of Tyman PLC ("Tyman"). He will leave the Board of Tyman following their next AGM, which is expected to be held in May 2017.
