In accordance with LR 9.6.14 the Company wishes to make the following announcement in relation to Patrick O'Donnell Bourke, an independent non-executive director of the Company.
Patrick is Chair of Ecofin US Renewables Infrastructure Trust PLC, which has today announced it has applied to join the premium segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and expects to be admitted to trading on London Stock Exchange's Main Market on 22 December 2020.
