Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14, DWF announces that its Senior Independent Director, Chris Sullivan, has accepted a directorship on the Board of Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC. He has joined the Board of Alfa as Chair of the Nomination Committee with immediate effect.
