Change of Directors

Vale International Group Ltd., incorporated in the British Virgin Islands ("BVI") and formed to undertake an acquisition of a target company or business in the technology sector in Europe and/or Asia is pleased to announce that Mr Robin Rice has joined the board of Directors.

Robin has worked for Ernst & Young (EY) leading its transaction practice in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) for many years, as well as EY Australia. During his tenure at EY, Robin was involved in many consultancy/advisory projects providing technical guidance to clients in the Middle East and Australia. He was also one of EY's leading global trainers where he delivered training to EY staff worldwide. He now runs his own training and advisory company for global clients including the UN, banks and financial companies.

Robin currently holds no other Directorships.

In the last five years Robin has held a position as director of MaxiVision registered in Malaysia.

There is no information on Robin Rice required to be disclosed under LR 9.6.13R (1) - (6) of the UKLA's Listing Rules and Robin Rice holds no shares in the Company.

In addition, both Patrick Tsang and Malcolm Groat have stepped down from the board to pursue other interests. The board wishes to thank Patrick for his valuable contribution to the establishment of the Company and to Malcolm for his commitment over the last year. We wish them every success for the future.
