Change of Director of Cambridge Solutions Limited

On Friday 29 July 2011, a meeting of the Board of Directors of Cambridge Solutions Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Xchanging plc listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India, appointed Mr. Kenneth Lever, Executive Director and Vice Chairman as the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cambridge Solutions Limited, and Mr. David Bauernfeind as Executive Director of Cambridge Solutions Limited, both with immediate effect. Mr. Darren Fisher resigned from the Board of Cambridge Solutions Limited on 29 July 2011.
