("ILX" or the "Group")

ILX Group plc (AIM: ILX), the AIM quoted provider of e-learning software and business training, is pleased to announce that its non-executive director, Donald John Stewart (aged 50), has accepted an offer to join the Company full time as General Counsel.

As a result Donald will become an executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

Additional information:

In order to take up this appointment Donald ceased to be a partner of Faegre Baker Daniels LLP (Solicitors) on 31 May 2013 and will cease to be a director of the following companies:

Ludgate Nominees Limited;Ludgate Secretarial Services Limited;Cursitor Nominees; andCursitor Secretarial Services Limited.

Donald will remain a director of the following companies:

The Quoted Companies Alliance;Engines of Growth Limited; andFeis London.

No further disclosure is required under Paragraph (g) to Schedule Two of the AIM Rules with respect to Donald Stewart.
