Change of Director and further update re Marina Dorcol

The Board of Kimberly announces that Ms Ayelet Naim-Levanon, CPA, has resigned as a director of the Company with effect from today. The Board would like to thank Ayelet for her contribution to the Company this year and wish her every success with her future endeavours.

The Company also announces that it has now accepted the termination of the lease of the Marina Dorcol project by the Municipality of Belgrade and continues to negotiate with the Municipality in order to determine the level and timing of the compensation due to Marina Dorcol D.o.o ("MD") (a 95% owned subsidiary of the Company which held the Marina Dorcol lease) as a result of the above termination.
