Moss Bros Group PLC05 October 2006 CHANGE OF DIRECTOR Moss Bros Group Plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that MichaelHitchcock will be joining the Company as Group Finance Director on 11 October2006. Michael will be an executive director on the Company's Board. Michaeljoins from Ottakars Plc where he was Finance Director; prior to this he held senior positions in Rank Group Plc and Diageo Plc. Michael will take on responsibility for the Company's Logistics and IT as wellas the Finance functions. He brings with him a wealth of experience and hisexpertise will play a significant part in driving the Company forward anddelivering sustained growth. Commenting on the announcement, Philip Mountford, Chief Executive said: "I am delighted that Michael is joining the Company. He brings with himextensive knowledge and understanding of the retail sector, and has a strongtrack record in developing and implementing strategies for growth."
