CHANGE OF DEPOSITORY BANK

Notice of Change of depositary bank - Lucky Cement Limited

Further to the announcement made on 16 August, 2013, Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas will now cease to act as depositary bank in relation to Lucky Cement Limited(the "Company")'s GDRs listed on the London Stock Exchange on 7 October, 2013 (rather than on 16 September, 2013, as previously announced). The Company will appoint Bank of New York Mellon, who will replace Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as depositary with effect from such date.
