NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF DEPOSITARY in relation to Paints and ChemicalsIndustries Company S.A.E. Global Depositary Receipt Facility ("GDR facility"). The GDR facility relates to Global Depositary Receipts each representing onethird of one ordinary share of par value 10 Egyptian Pounds each (the "Shares")of Paints and Chemicals Industries Company S.A.E, (the "GDRs").
