Change of Company Secretary

Park Group plc, the UK's leading gift voucher and prepaid gift card provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Russell Fairbrother as Company Secretary with immediate effect.

Mr Fairbrother assumes the responsibilities of Company Secretary from Mr Martin Stewart, who will remain Group Finance Director.

In addition to taking on Company Secretarial duties, Mr Fairbrother will continue in his role as General Counsel, a position he has held since 2010.
