Change of Company Secretary

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Derek Quirk as Company Secretary with immediate effect. Following Derek's appointment, John Love will revert to his executive director responsibilities.
Derek joins Macfarlane Group from FTSE 250 company, BBA Aviation plc, where he was Head of Internal Audit for the Group and Financial Controller for the company's Aftermarket Division.
