Change of Company Secretary
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Del Mansi as Company Secretary with effect from 10 May 2013 when he takes over from Robert Lowes who has retired after 32 years with the Company, 18 of which he served as Company Secretary.
Del is a qualified solicitor who joined the Photo-Me group in 2006, having previously worked for the Tyco International group and, before that, Halliburton Brown & Root. Del served as interim Company Secretary from 1 April to 3 July 2008, and became Group General Counsel for the Photo-Me group in 2009, a role he will retain in addition to being Company Secretary.
