Aseana Properties Limited (LSE: ASPL), an Asian property developer on the Official List of the London Stock Exchange, is pleased to announce the appointment of Capita Secretaries Limited as its Company Secretary as of 15th March 2009. Capita Secretaries will take over from the previous Company Secretary, Walkers (Jersey) Limited.
