Change of Company Secretary
White Young Green announces that David Wilton, Group Finance Director, will assume the role of Company Secretary with immediate effect. This change is as a consequence of the resignation of Robert Hartley as Group Services Director and Company Secretary, which was announced on 11 March 2009 and who will now be leaving the Company with effect from 14 April 2009.
