Change of Company Secretary
Triad Group Plc announces the appointment of James McDonald as Company Secretary with effect from 2 March 2020. He takes over this role from Nick Burrows who is leaving the Company later in the month, and will be assuming Nick's duties as Finance Director, initially in a non-Board capacity.
James, a Chartered Certified Accountant, previously held a senior financial position at Foxtons, reporting to the CFO, prior to which he was Group Finance Director and Company Secretary at Brook Street Bureau PLC. James qualified with EY in London.
