Change of Company Name

Change of Company Name from Horizon Acquisition Company plc to

APR Energy plc

Further to the announcement on 13 June 2011 in respect of the acquisition of APR Energy Cayman Limited and Falconbridge Services LLC, the Company confirms the change of its name from Horizon Acquisition Company plc to APR Energy plc.

The London Stock Exchange TIDM (ticker) will also be changed from HZN to APR with effect from September 1st, 2011.

It is intended that the Company's shares will be re-listed under the new name during September 2011. The Company's ISIN and SEDOL will remain unchanged. Existing share certificates will remain valid.

Trading in the Company's shares will remain suspended until the re-admission process is completed. A further announcement regarding the re-admission of the Company's shares will be made in due course.
