Change of company name

The Company announces that it has changed its name to Maistro plc from blur Group plc.

Trading in the Company's shares under the name Maistro plc will commence at 8.00 a.m. today under the Company's existing ISIN number GB00B8DX2616 and SEDOL number B8DX261. The new TIDM of the Company is MAIS and its website address has changed to www.maistro.com.

The change of name will not affect any shareholders' rights. New issues of share certificates will be in the new name of the Company. Existing certificates will remain valid and it is not proposed that replacement certificates be issued in the name of Maistro plc until required. The name change was approved by the board in accordance with the Company's articles.
