Change of Company Name

Michael Page International plc (the "Company")

The Company announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today the shareholders of the Company voted in favour of the Company changing its name to PageGroup plc. The Company's TIDM will change to PAGE. On completion of the formalities to effect the change of name the Company will make a further announcement.

The Company expects that the LSE will be in a position to confirm the change of TIDM by 8am on Friday 10 June 2016.
