The Company announces that, following the Annual General Meeting held on 28 March 2017, Rene Mouchotte has stepped down as a member of the Audit and Management Engagement Committees of the Board. Mr Mouchotte will continue as a member of the Board of Directors.

The committees thank Rene for his valuable contribution to their work to date.
