Change of Chief Executive Officer

Jupiter Fund Management plc ("Jupiter", "the Company") confirms that, as announced on 9 December 2013, Maarten Slendebroek has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Jupiter Fund Management plc with effect from 17 March 2014. He has taken on this role from Edward Bonham Carter, who will remain on the Board and work in a new executive role as Vice Chairman, reporting to Maarten Slendebroek.
