Departure and appointment of CFO and Group Secretary

PV Crystalox Solar PLC (the "Company") announces that Matthew Wethey has stepped down from his role as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and Group Secretary and is leaving the Company. Peter Finnegan has been appointed as the new part-time CFO and Group Secretary.

The Board has previously reported that it is implementing various measures to reduce overheads and moving the role of CFO and Group Secretary from a full-time to a part-time position is one element of these measures.

The Board expresses its gratitude to Matthew for his contribution to the work of the Company and wishes him well for the future.
