Asian Growth Properties Limited (the "Company") (AIM Stock Code: AGP), the Hong Kong based China property development and investment company, announces that following the change of building name from "Dah Sing Financial Centre" to "Everbright Centre" with effect from 25 May 2017 (the "Change of Building Name"), the Company's principal place of business in Hong Kong (the "Principal Place of Business") will be updated with effect from 25 May 2017 as:

25th Floor, Everbright Centre, 108 Gloucester Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong

Save for the Change of Building Name, the physical location of the Principal Place of Business remains unchanged.
