PCGE Entertainment Plc (AIM: PCGE) announces that it has terminated the appointment of SVS as the Company's joint broker with immediate effect.

The Board are currently undertaking investigations regarding the beneficial ownership of certain shareholdings in the Company following concerns raised both internally and externally about the accuracy of disclosures of significant beneficial holdings as required under the AIM Rules for Companies.
