Appointment of Broker

The Board of Patagonia is pleased to announce the appointment of Cantor Fitzgerald Europe as corporate broker to the Company with immediate effect. Accordingly, Mirabaud Securities will cease to be the Company's broker with effect from 30 September 2014.
