Change of Broker and Introduction of a Continuation Vote

The Directors of Schroder Global Real Estate Securities Limited (the "Company") announce that with effect from 28 May 2015, Panmure Gordon has been appointed as the Company’s Corporate Broker. The change is consistent with the Board’s intention to grow the Company and improve liquidity. The Company believes that Panmure Gordon will bring a fresh approach and the heightened activity levels required to deliver on this strategy. The appointment of Panmure Gordon has been made following an extensive review process.

In addition to the appointment on Panmure Gordon and in an effort to provide improved clarity on the Company and its investment objective, the Company announces the appointment of Edison Research, who will prepare a detailed report on the Company, management team, investment strategy and performance and track record to date. This will be widely issued and distributed to the investor community in the UK and internationally. The first market research paper is expected to be issued during June 2015.

The Company also announces that an ordinary resolution for the continuation of the Company as an investment company will be put forward at the Annual General Meeting to be held in June 2017. If the resolution should not be passed, the Board will then bring forward proposals for the liquidation of the company such as to enable those shareholders who wish to realise their holdings to do so. The Board believes that this commitment will allow the Company and the Manager to work with Panmure Gordon to grow the Company whilst also continuing to deliver the already established strong investment performance track record since adopting the revised investment strategy in October 2014.
