Further to the RNS of 8 October 2014, the Company is pleased to announce that Beaumont Cornish Limited has been appointed as the Company's broker, effective immediately.

The Company also announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting on 29 October 2014 at 44 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE4 9WG at 1:15pm.
