Reorganisation of Board Committees

The composition of the Committees that serve the Board was changed at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on 19th March 2026 and the new composition of them is as follows:

Audit Committee

Nick Paris, Chairman

Martin Adams, member

Nikiforos Charagkionis, member

A search has also been initiated to hire a new Independent Non-Executive Director who will become Chairman of the Audit Committee as Nick Paris is an Executive Director and the recommendation of the Quoted Company Alliance is that an Audit Committee should be chaired by a non-executive director
