Worldsec Ld04 January 2007 CHANGE OF AUDITORS The board of directors ("the Board") of Worldsec Limited (the "Company")announces that Messrs. HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng has been appointed as the auditors of theCompany and its subsidiaries ("the Group") and Messrs. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu("DTT") have resigned as auditors of the Group with effect from 5th January2007. The change in auditors was mainly due to the Company and DTT could notreach an agreement on the audit fee for the financial year ended 31st December2006. DTT have confirmed to the Company that there are no circumstances connected withtheir resignation which they consider should be brought to the attention ofshareholders or creditors of the Company. The Board also confirmed that thereare no circumstances in respect of the resignation of auditors that should bebrought to the attention of the shareholders or creditors of the Company.
